A spicy beer mix with ginger - that's what Alex from Munich actually wanted to bring out a few years ago. But it didn't really take off back then, even though everyone really helped out. But the drink never made it into the bottle. Until his soccer teammate, Siggi, found out about the plans. Siggi comes from a brewery dynasty, he knows his way around the business and the market, and he put his foot down: Yes, the ginger thing, we'll try that again now, it tastes great. So Siggi and Alex fired up the juicer again, got drunk on some research and developed a recipe. A recipe that is now available as "Ingwer Narrisch", which we are a bit proud of.
