More information about 2020 Garzón Tannat de Corte
In this exceptional cuvée, the Tannat grape is in the foreground with 80%: The wine exudes a fragrance of raspberries, cherries and ripe plums and shows voluminous and mouth-filling on the palate. The strong tannins typical of Tannat are harmoniously integrated by the 20% Merlot content and have a very long, velvety and soft effect on the palate. An extremely exciting cuvée that, in addition to juicy fruit, also knows how to inspire with slightly spicy notes of cloves and cinnamon.
For friends of powerful and particularly harmonious wines, this drop is a first-class recommendation!

Bodega Garzón
The best wines in the world are made where a grape variety finds the ideal conditions to express itself and the nature that surrounds it. This is the goal set by Bodegas Garzón in Uruguay. Located in the south of the country, just 14 km from the Atlantic Ocean, it produces premium wines from the country's typical grape varieties such as Tannat, Albariño, and Sauvignon Blanc. Nestled in the natural beauty of the region, the vineyards are surrounded by rolling hills in a special microclimate. This landscape is also called the Tuscany of South America. The combination of plenty of sunshine and mild climate due to the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, gives rise to wines that bear witness to extraordinary fruit and freshness, with a slight minerality. The wines of Bodegas Garzón are regularly among the winners of international competitions.
