In fact, the idea arose quite spontaneously at a joint "kitchen party". While experimenting with mixing tonic and liqueur, we had the idea of creating a particularly fruity and mild gin.
To develop the recipe, we began to select various botanicals and contacted a distillery.
There we made several distillation attempts to get the desired taste into the bottle - with success!
