More information about Allée Bleue Shiraz Rosé 2022
The Allée Bleue Shiraz Rosé pours into the glass in a spirited pink hue and smells quite wonderfully of strawberries. On the palate, the rosé made from Shiraz (85%) and a small proportion of Sémillon (15%) scores mainly with its freshness, but fruity notes of red berries are also very present. A touch of cotton candy and a nice acidity skillfully round off the uncomplicated character of the Allée Bleue Shiraz Rosé. Therefore, the rosé is made for carefree enjoyment, but it also goes perfectly with grilled seafood and salads.

In 1999, the Dauphin family of German entrepreneurs acquired the ALLÉE BLEUE estate, which at that time was still known as MEERRUST. With a lot of pioneering spirit, they revitalized the estate, which was founded in 1690 and has an area of 150 hectares and had not produced a noble drop for over 100 years. Today the red and white wines of ALLÉE BLEUE are internationally recognized and belong to the top class. The vines we cultivate thrive on sandstone soils interspersed with shell limestone.
