Our cherry brandy is a cuvée of different cherry varieties.
On the one hand, we use the typical Black Forest distillery variety Dolleseppler and on the other hand, a local variety that gives off an excellent taste when distilled.
In a ratio of 3:1, we mix both varieties after distilling to obtain a fine cherry flavor.
