The beer menu is available from October 2022, brewed in limited edition of about 1000 bottles.

1x Kaiserweisse 2022 - Aperitif.
TYRELL Kaiserweisse is a strong beer in the classic style of a Berliner Weisse, from sour fermentation. In its heyday, the 1920s, it was also called Riesling- or Champagne-Weisse. At that time it was already a beer for the special moment.
Taste: fruity-sour, malty tones
Alcohol content: 9,5 % vol.
1x Caramel Cru - main course
The combination of light fruit acidity and the caramel aroma make this beer an unusual but unique companion. Especially with hearty dishes, it is able to elicit a special note from the inherent flavor of the dish. The balance between caramel and roasted aroma paired with fruity acidity characterizes this beer.
Taste: full-bodied, creamy, light acidity, caramel, roasted aromas

1x Mokkastout - dessert
Our MOKKASTOUT is the conclusion of the beer menu - a beer full of roasted aromas and full-bodiedness. So it harmonizes with many sweet dishes but also nuts and fruit for dessert. It lets the evening end wonderfully.
Taste: full-bodied, slightly nutty, aromatic coffee, cocoa
