This beer not only tastes excellent, it also won an award. Faust's wedding beer swept the judges off their feet at Meininger's International Craft Beer Award 2017 and won the gold medal.
Wedding beer was already a thing in the nineteenth century: at that time, the recipe for the wedding beer from Brauhaus Faust was created when brewer Johann Adalbert Faust created a beer to celebrate his engagement to his wife. The lady of his heart wished for the happy occasion a beer that would charm with hoppy aromas. Her wish was his command, and Babette's wedding beer continues to delight lovers - and everyone else - to this day.
But it's not just the founding story of Brauhaus Faust that is fabulously beautiful; the taste of her wedding beer also enchants us. The orange-gold beer turns beer drinkers' heads with hoppy fruitiness and tropical fruit aromas. A subtle bitterness runs through the drinking experience and rounds off the pleasure masterfully.
