Particularly gentle and stomach-friendly roasting, mild aroma, low acidity. The coffee is roasted very elaborately in two separate roasting processes, making it particularly easy to digest.

1x Good Morning

Good Morning - Blend of 60% filter coffee blend and 40% Maragogype.

The perfect pick-me-up! A blend of the best highland specialties. The coffee has a distinctly strong taste. Its special mildness is due to the lightly roasted elephant bean - known as the Maragogype bean. This coffee has a full body with a very pleasant acidity. Highly recommended for enjoying coffee in the morning, as it is very digestible. Preparation: Filter, AeroPress.

1x French Melange

French Melange - blend of filter coffee and espresso.

As is typical of the French coffee tradition, this blend of Arabica beans and a small amount of espresso is made from one part espresso beans (particularly dark roasted) and one part light roasted beans. The long roasting of the espresso beans gives the strong taste a wonderful caramel note. The French melange is delicious as a latte. Recommended preparation method: French press (coarse grind); filter: medium grind.

1x Hamburger blend

Hamburger blend - blend of 100% Arabica.

A traditional but secret Hamburg blend. Here, the finest highland coffees form a full body with little acidity and a slightly nutty aroma. Great filter coffee.

1x Viennese Melange

Viennese blend - blend of Arabica with roasted cocoa beans.

This blend is a specialty of the Classic Caffee roasting house, as nibs of roasted cocoa beans are added to the medium to dark roasted Arabica beans. These give the coffee a particularly bitter cocoa note, which is a poem with milk.
