From the schnapps idea behind the bar

The company behind COMPANION is called 25hours, and it's known for its passionate hotels and eateries inspired by art, culture and urban stories. Some of the longtime minds - with a cumulative day-drinking experience of nearly two centuries - set an ambitious goal in the year of stagnation - 2020: to enrich the bar world with high-quality bitter liqueurs.

The goal was achieved within a short time, thanks to the dedicated cooperation of various gastronomy greats from Hamburg and excellent networking. Now COMPANION Sicilian Orange and COMPANION Amalfi Lemon are ready to inspire the ideas of bartenders and delight the palates of their guests.
