Delaire Graff Sunrise Brut MCC N/V - Sparkling wine

The Delaire Graff Sunrise Brut MCC already spoils the eye with its radiant golden color with exciting shades and thus lives up to its name of sunrise. The nose is filled with the fresh scent of gooseberry and honeydew melon. Made from Chenin Blanc (58%), Chardonnay (34%) and a small amount of Cabernet Franc (8%), this sparkling wine caresses the tongue and palate with fruity lime notes and the juicy taste of pears, perfectly supported by a hint of vanilla. On the finish, the Sunrise Brut MCC of Delaire Graff, made according to the traditional method, is fresh, sparkling and at the same time harmonious and elegantly balanced.
