More information about Organic fig syrup
"Sykomelo" translates as "the honey of the fig" ! A fruity, "full" and sweet extract from selected organic figs. Without any addition of sweeteners or ingredients for preservation.
A product almost forgotten, even on Evia, which we have reimposed. Can be used in many ways as a natural refiner.
Goes well with pancakes or waffles. Or over your ice cream, ( Greek ) yogurt and also to fruit. Green salads can be refined as well as a risotto. To the cheese platter it fits just as well as a natural sweetener in cocktails !
