Dikkes Wassar

Dikkes Wassar

The name comes not from anywhere, but from bygone years in Central America, when the Aztecs still grew tomatoes in their gardens. For the Aztecs, tomatoes were not only a source of food, but also an important source of drinking water. In their language "Nahuatl" the Aztecs called the tomato "Xitomatl", which on the one hand can be translated as "thick water", but on the other hand also as "swell body". We find both translations extremely interesting, but DIKKES WASSAR has another meaning for us, so our name was clear.

This much can be said about the recipe of DIKKES WASSAR - Mexican: Thin-liquid tomato juice from the discount store doesn't make it into our bottle. Only properly and stress-free slaughtered tomatoes are used for the fruity and creamy tomato puree. The spiciness comes from the chili, the spice extract mixture makes this tomato liqueur a very special experience.
