Sun drying is the oldest and at the same time the best method to preserve food in a natural way. It is a pity that this method has unfortunately fallen into oblivion.

All my products are dried in my charming manufactory in Hamburg at a gentle 42 degrees Celsius. They are all 100% natural, without industrial sugar and vegan.

The gentle drying of our products takes at least 18 hours, which preserves most of the vitamins and nutrients. With HÄPPYSNÄX products, we go back to our origins and nature to get the best quality there is to offer. Our common goal is to experience nature again with all its valuable ingredients.
