India Monsooned Malabar - 100% Arabica.
A beautiful story and a wonderful coffee: originally, the coffee was transported to the consumer countries on sailing boats and was exposed to the weather quite unprotected. The humid monsoon climate, the heavy rains and the temperature differences between the country of origin and Europe changed the coffee in smell & taste, in size and color. This weather-related change found its lovers in Europe and so it is "artificially" recreated to this day.
Our medium roast gives the Indian Arabica beans a pleasant taste of dark chocolate with a slight tobacco note. The coffee has a medium body and relatively little acidity.
