The food start-up KOKOJOO is dedicated to the holistic utilization of the cocoa fruit. The goal is to also use the 80 percent of the cocoa fruit that usually becomes waste during cocoa processing and to develop flavorful, innovative products from it. The products are manufactured in West Africa and Europe. The brand was founded in 2018 by Dayog Kabore in Berlin. Meanwhile, the innovative start up is based in Basel, Switzerland.
