More information about Maisel & Friends Hoppy Hell
Hoppy Heaven instead of Hoppy Hell!
Maisel & Friends' wide-ranging assortment offers something for every taste: innovative, modern craft beers, unusual beer specialties, and classics that have been reinterpreted. Hoppy Hell clearly falls into the latter category: The hand-hopped lager originates from a long brewing tradition and has been transformed into a modern classic with a twist with the help of cold hopping. The technique of cold hopping allows brewers to transport a maximum of delicious, aroma-giving hops into the beer. Hop-stuffed in the truest sense of the word!
Hoppy Hell flows into the glass the color of sun-dried straw and contrasts beautifully with the stately white head. From a purely visual standpoint, the lager looks like an ordinary representative of its kind, but heavenly fruity aromas unmask Hoppy Hell as soon as it is poured. This lager is no 0815 lager, and you can smell it: In the nose, gentle notes of earthy stone fruit dance a lively samba with tangy citrus aromas and the juicy sweetness of ripe peaches. At the first sip, then, it is certain what the aroma already suggested. Hoppy Hell reveals a fruit basket of fresh fruit aromas representing full hop power. Unlike fruity colleagues such as IPA, for example, Maisel & Friends' lager is not overly bitter, but quite wonderfully balanced.
Hoppy Hell is a subtly composed fruit bomb that is incredibly drinkable and definitely tastes like more!
