More information about Mezcalosfera Ensamble Mezcal
This agave was made from five different agave varieties at once: Verde, Bicuixe, Madrecuixe, Coyote and Espadin. So for both mezcal fans and newcomers, this bottling is something very special to try.
Like the other Mezcalosfera mezcals, the agave for the Ensamble mezcal was roasted with mezquite and encino wood. After that, the agave is fermented and then distilled.
The special thing about this mezcal is that it is distilled only once - unlike other mezcals, which are usually distilled 2 times. By the way, the entire production runs completely without electricity and running water.
As a result, this bottling is unique in taste. And there are only 60 liters of it in total.
Agave varieties: Verde, Bicuixe, Madrecuixe, Coyote and Espadin.
