As with Momotarõ Gin, we use selected and hand-picked botanicals for Momotarõ Ginzero. By making a few modifications to our distillery, we have been able to develop an innovative process in which we can use steam to extract the full aroma of our botanicals such as lotus blossom, yuzu lemon, Sencha tea and, of course, juniper in a particularly gentle and, above all, authentic way.
The taste of Momotarõ Ginzero is therefore particularly full and complex, with the fresh notes of yuzu and the spicy juniper in the foreground and perfectly harmonized by the lotus blossom. Momotaro Ginzero is therefore more than just an alternative for those who don't want to miss out on the pleasure of cocktails.

Distillery Kaltenthaler
Our distillery is located in the middle of Rheinhessen - in the traditional Westhofen. Founded over 30 years ago, today Felix Georg Kaltenthaler, 3rd generation distiller, leads the fortunes of the distillery. In addition to own brands such as Kernstein, Revolte Rum and Momotaro Spirits, the focus of the distillery Kaltenthaler is primarily on handcrafted spirits, as well as project development in the field of contract production. Our distiller Felix Georg Kaltenthaler learned to love his craft in his youth on his parents' vineyard. As a result, his first own brandies were produced well before his 18th birthday. Today, already in the 3rd generation, the family business of the Kaltenthaler distillery successfully stands for "innovation through living tradition". The multiple awards of the distillery Kaltenthaler with the state honorary award underline the quality of our work.
