3x chestnut bread sesame organic bread mix

This variety is characterized by its mildly nutty and slightly sweet taste due to the sesame seeds.

Sesame is one of the foods richest in calcium and thus supports the development of joints, bones, cartilage, teeth and muscles - including the heart muscle.

However, the decisive factor is the bioavailability of calcium in the body, i.e. the amount that is actually absorbed by the body, and this is where sesame comes up trumps - it has very good bioavailability.

This makes it a welcome source of calcium for us. It is also a good source of zinc, selenium, vitamin A, vitamin B1, B2 and B3.

The chestnut flour gives the bread its dark color and makes it moist.

Suitable for toasting and freezing.

The baked bread will keep for at least 7 days if stored correctly.

Storage: as the bread is very moist, it must not be packed airtight. We therefore recommend Store in a linen or cotton bag or directly or wrapped in baking paper in a bread box.

One bread mix makes approx. 620 g of bread. One pack contains 360 g of bread mix.
