This walnut and maroni bread is for nut lovers.

Walnuts are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which are among the essential nutrients. This means that they cannot be produced by the body itself. They have a positive effect on our heart health and have an anti-inflammatory effect.

The omega-3 fatty acid DHA plays a decisive role in the formation of connections and transmission of signals in the brain - and thus makes thinking, learning and remembering possible at all. The omega-3 fatty acid is therefore an essential building block for the structure and thus the functionality of the brain.

The chestnut flour gives the bread its dark color and makes it moist.

Suitable for toasting and freezing.

The baked bread will keep for at least 7 days if stored correctly.

Storage: as the bread is very moist, it must not be packed airtight. We therefore recommend Store in a linen or cotton bag or directly or wrapped in baking paper in a bread box.
