Instructions for use

Suitable for toasting and freezing.

The baked bread will keep for approx. 6 days if stored correctly.

Storage: as the bread is very moist, it must not be stored in airtight packaging. We therefore recommend: Storing in the My Makery cotton bread bag, in a linen bag, directly or wrapped in baking paper in a bread box.

One bread baking mix makes approx. 620 g of bread. One pack contains 360 g of bread mix.
