Countless myths surround the precious metal, there have been wars over it and countless proverbs revolve around it.
Until now, beer has only been associated with gold to the extent that it often flows into the glass in a golden guise. Now, however, there is a specialty beer that is not golden, but has gold in its name. "All that glitters is gold" is a humorous variation on a well-known proverb and an aroma-intensive winter beer from Orca Brau.
Felix vom Endt has added a spice-packed festive beer to his sophisticated range: "All that glitters is gold" is brewed with cocoa beans, orange peel, cinnamon and ginger. The result is a wintry beer creation that puts you in the festive mood with its full body, spicy warmth and malty variety. The golden boy from Orca flows into the glass in the color of fine dark chocolate and adorns itself with a slightly tinted crown of dense, creamy foam. A Christmas potpourri of spices fills the nose and entices you to take your first sip. This presents festivity in liquid form: Soft malt meets a hint of smoke and an abundance of winter spices.
