The Orca Brau Riesling Grape Ale 2021 is inspired by local nature. Not only is a lot of beer brewed in Franconia, but wine is also grown there! So it's no surprise that the Nuremberg brewery has teamed up with winemaker Nico Olinger to bring these two outstanding products together.
The 2021 is now the third vintage of Grape Ales. Brewer Felix vom Endt has brewed a Belgian Saison for it, which is then aged for six months with freshly harvested Riesling grapes.

Saison has always had a fruity acidity, which is complemented by the taste of ripe Riesling grapes. The sweetish malt base is enriched with a delicate fruit acidity reminiscent of green apples and apricots. Added to this is the fruity grape sweetness that makes Orca Brau Riesling Grape Ale 2021 an exceptional beer.
