In a delicate pink, Paserene Elements Rosie flows into the glass and exudes the wonderful scent of fresh cherries and strawberries. The fruity aromas are accented by a creamy note. On the palate, nuances of roses, cinnamon and a hint of cotton candy are added. The beautiful acidity and silky smooth finish make the taste experience of Paserene Element Rosie perfect. The cuvée grapes of Carignan (80%), Mourvèdre (17%) and Syrah (3%) come from different vineyards of the estate - hence the name Elements Range - to best reflect the terroir of Paserene. Enjoy the rosé either neat, as it is the perfect aperitif, or with canapés or grilled chicken.
