With its intense, deep color and incredibly full fruit aroma, this liqueur finds an ideal basis in the Bordeaux used as a base. Aged for several months in oak barrels and matured in this way, the basis for our Jagdfieber is an outstanding base that we have developed further with fine ingredients.
Taste: fruity
Alcohol content: 21.4 % vol.
With its intense, bright color and pleasant fruity aroma, this liqueur finds an ideal basis in the Pinot Noir used as a base. Our Pinot Noir is palatable but not too sweet and is a true pleasure experience.
Taste: velvety, drinkable, not too sweet
Alcohol content: 20.1 % vol.
Our blackberry liqueur is a regional specialty from the Baar region, made from blackberries that we harvest ourselves. The very intense taste is also reflected in the depth of the color of the blackberries and their intense flavor. When prepared and given the necessary time to mature, the result is a truly intense delicacy that is not found very often.
