Zu uns & unserem Produkt: Wir kommen aus dem Bergischen Land und stellen seit 1973 den Zaelke Kräuterlikör nach ursprünglichem Familienrezept her. Nachdem dieser über Jahrzehnte nur in kleinen Mengen hergestellt und nur in unserer Gegend verkauft wurde, haben wir seit kurzem größere Produktionskapazitäten und möchten dieses leckere Produkt nun auch einer größeren Zielgruppe anbieten. When we started in 2008 with our Winzerglühwein as a creative wine project for friends and family, we had no idea that we would hit exactly the taste of the time with the Winterpulle and even receive the award "Best German Mulled Wine" from the magazine "Selection" one year later. Due to the increasing demand, we also developed a white mulled wine as well as a rosé - and an alcohol-free variant in the following years.

Windspiel stands out from other distilleries not only by its sensational logo and name. The basis for all Windspiel Manufaktur spirits is homemade potato alcohol. The potatoes used come from the Weilerhof in the Volcanic Eifel, where the soil is particularly mineral. Windspiel sees itself as a premium manufactory and relies on manual labor in all production steps. Even the potatoes are selected and sorted by hand. They also rely on a special blend when selecting the botanicals for their gin. In addition to juniper, lemon, coriander, lavender and cinnamon bark are used, giving Windspiel Premium Dry Gin a special character - as is often the case, of course, some botanicals are secret.
