The basis for this alternative consists of a rum from the French Caribbean, from which the alcohol is gently extracted in a process specially developed by Sober Spirits in the perfume town of Grasse in France. The alcohol-free rum from Sober Spirits then receives its fine finish in a distillery in the heart of France, where it is distilled again using mainly French oak bark.

This production process ensures that the typical aromas are retained and intensified during the second distillation, resulting in a rum alternative with an amazingly long finish. One of the few distillates that you can also enjoy neat.
