More information about Stone Brewing Buenaveza Lager
Much of Southern California's culture is influenced by neighboring Mexico. The culinary landscape in particular is enriched by Mexico's rich and aroma-intensive culinary culture. Stone Brewery has one of its headquarters in the San Diego area, so it's not just physically close to Mexico.
Having already brewed several beers with a Mexican twist, such as Xocoveza, the brewery now follows up with another highlight of American-Mexican friendship: Buenaveza is a lager named Salt and Lime Lager thanks to its unusual ingredients. It is brewed in Southern California and is inspired by the lifestyle of the neighboring state of Baja in Mexico. The easy-going, fluffy beer is the perfect companion for outdoor activities of all kinds. After all, surfing, flowing trails, snowboarding, boating and fishing are all excellent activities not only in California but also here in Germany.
Buenaveza is brewed with sea salt and lime, which is already evident in the aroma: The golden beer exudes an enticing aroma of freshly squeezed limes, fine hops and some light malt. A gentle sea breeze complements the fresh lime scent and makes one eager for the first sip. The initial taste presents a feather-light body with fabulous freshness.

In 1996, the time had come and the first keg of Stone Brewing's own production was sold. With this step, the two brewers are not only considered legends in the craft beer scene, but...
