Fir love

Tannenliebe is a refreshing drink with heart. A lot of love and handwork goes into it. Luca and Louisa collect the young fir shoots, often together with friends, in the Black Forest area around Freiburg. The fir tips are boiled together with sugar and honey to make a sweet molasses.

The final step to a refreshing drink takes place at the Rogg family brewery in Lenzkirch (Black Forest). There, Tannenliebe is blended and bottled. Anyone who then opens a bottle can smell and taste the Black Forest.
