The New York Distilling Company
Founded in 2011 by Tom Potter (co-founder of Brooklyn Brewery) and Allen Katz (cocktail and spirits expert), the Brooklyn-based New York Distilling Company produces high-quality American gins and rye whiskeys. The distillery even has its own public bar called The Shanty, where its various wares can be enjoyed just a few feet from the distillery where they were made.
