UNDONE is a team of professional bar, drink, coffee and music lovers based in Hamburg. The city offers everything our hearts desire and we are located in the middle of the trendy Schanzenviertel. Straight outta St. Pauli!

André, Mehmet and Felix missed alcohol-free alternatives for their drinks in bars, at parties and at events. After all, if you go out a lot, you'll be offered a lot of alcohol - no matter where in the world. Previously, André had worked for liquor brands around the world, Mehmet had built up a chain of coffee houses, and Felix had developed countless album covers for stars. Together, they wanted to finally do something for more good non-alcoholic drinks - and finally brought UNDONE to his hometown bars in the fall of 2019.

Since our inception, we've been working toward the goal of making one in five alcoholic drinks non-alcoholic. With our alternative to spirits and aperitifs, we want to promote a healthier lifestyle while still not sacrificing the taste of delicious drinks. We are constantly working to expand the range and broaden the selection of cool non-alcoholic alternatives. So you can expect to taste many more products from us!
