We are a small family-run manufactory from Obertshausen, Hesse and have specialized successfully since 2015 in the production of exclusive fudge (soft caramel) and caramel creams from the finest ingredients and spices according to our own recipes from the copper pot. In the production we generally do without industrially produced white sugar. The basis of our products are: fair trade raw cane sugar from Brazil, coconut blossom sugar from Indonesia, fair trade highland chocolates, cream & spices from the region, finest French salt butter, nuts and dried fruits. Our delicious creations are free of additives, artificial flavors, palm oil and gluten.
