We combine responsible action and high-quality delicatessen. Influenced by this green thought, we conjure up tasty delicacies, sauces, pasta variations and meat specialties - by hand, with conviction and with a lot of love. We prefer to use ingredients from the region, such as game meat from animals from Holstein. Refined with the finest herbs and Sylt sea salt, true delicacies are created in our EC-certified manufactory, with which you can bring the taste of Sylt home to you. We bring country air into the city. Our animals grow up in the wild on the meadows and fields of Schleswig-Holstein and are mostly hunted by ourselves. Our claim is to bring you the finest regional products sustainably and with a clear conscience into the city and onto your plate.
