Black Whale Gin is a London Dry Gin by founder Bjarne Hutmacher. Bjarne's passion for drinks comes from his father, who is a trained brewer and maltster. After whiskey, gin and tonic quickly became Bjarne's favorite drink. In turn, his passion for the sea and for protecting our oceans comes from his love of rowing and sailing. Thus, a gin inspired by and honoring the sea was born. Sea buckthorn berries and hand-picked sugar kelp from the North Sea off Sylt and from the Bay of Kiel make it a real specialty.
