MÅNESKIN

When we had the booze idea to produce our own gin in October 2018, we did not yet realize that it would become Detels & Wölky GbR from Sendenhorst. In the process, our nocturnal hobby developed into a LOVE for the development and production of spirits. For this reason, just a short time later - in January 2019 - we launched the brand MÅNESKIN, the Danish word for moonlight. For us, the name MÅNESKIN is more than just a brand name. For us, it is the essence of an idea. Since then we have worked with a lot of COURAGE to realize our vision and today we can proudly present you our DRY GIN No 12. The first product from our MÅNESKIN premium spirits series.

From the very beginning we were faced with the choice of starting up our own distillery or relying on the many years of experience of a competent partner. Since we did not want to make any experiments with the production, we chose a family business in Münsterland, which has been distilling alcohol and producing spirits for over 200 years. Due to the long-standing know-how and regional proximity, it was ultimately easy for us to make this decision. Thus, our Dry Gin becomes a Münsterland original, which is created with heart and mind for you.

For us, however, the responsibility for our products does not end with the best possible manufacturing quality, but must therefore also be reflected in a sense of ecological responsibility. That is why we use fully compostable filling material, warning tape made of paper and send our packages climate-neutral within the DHL Gogreen program. In this way, we try to make a contribution to the responsible use of our resources.
