Founded in 2017, GANS Feinbrand Manufaktur has quickly established a firm place in the culinary repertoire of the Prignitz region and beyond. Whether at regional partners from gastronomy and trade, the international Green Week, the Brandenburg State Festival, the State Horticultural Show or supraregional events such as the Craft Spirits Festival or the gala for the German Short Film Award - the GANS Feinbrand Manufaktur is at home on many stages. And just as diverse are the people behind it. A colorful quartet of family and friends who have one thing in common: the joy and passion for honest spirits, produced according to the rules of the art, based on craftsmanship. And
GANS Feinbrand is still one thing, the first Prignitz cappuccino distillery. Thus, in the in-house copper still, something with a very unique signature is created with a lot of dedication. Down-to-earth craftsmanship and regional products produce unique spirits full of character.

GANS Feinbrand Manufaktur is located in Klein Gottschow, in the heart of the Prignitz region. Located halfway between Perleberg and Pritzwalk, it can be reached in a few minutes via the B189.

The GANS Feinbrand Manufaktur celebrated its debut with its GANS Gin. The rediscovered juniper spirit is created in the Mark in a very unique way. And so it is probably not surprising that no exotic and well-traveled botanicals are used. No, GANS Gin is a composition of twelve quite inconspicuous, domestic botanicals. Among them aronia berries, acacia flowers, rose hips, blackberries, oat straw, clover, citrus herbs and, of course, daisies. In this composition, intense, fresh-fruity, even floral notes characterize this New Western Style Dry Gin. This also convinced the jurors of the World Spirits Awards and the Craft Spirits Festival, which awarded it gold medals in each case. Freshly added
came the Edeka Regional Award for Berlin and Brandenburg in January 2021.

All spirits of the GANS Feinbrand Manufaktur are gently and carefully distilled and then reduced to drinking strength with particularly soft water. It goes without saying that the addition of colorants, subsequent sugaring and cold filtration do not take place. 100% distilled, distilled in small batches, very special hand-crafted boutique spirits are created for excellent long drinks, cocktails and also especially for pure enjoyment - nothing out of the ordinary, but simply something unique.

Encore, why actually GANS? It was owed to the geese that moved out to make way for the distillery.
