PFANN Kaffee

PFANN is a young coffee company that markets award-winning specialty coffees with single-farm origin. We put special emphasis on excellent green coffee quality, 100% direct trade, water-saving cultivation & processing methods in the country of origin, sustainable packaging solutions & climate-neutral shipping to our customers.

PFANN N°1 (Espresso-Roast) and PFANN N°2 (Omni-Roast) are the first two single-farm bean coffees with specialty coffee quality from Southeast Brazil. Both coffees impress with their dark chocolatey taste with subtle notes of Brazilian chestnut and sweet orange. While the character of the Espresso can be described as strong and very low in acidity, the Omni-Roast has a pleasantly balanced character.

Depending on the desired preparation method, either the Espresso - for example for the portafilter or the fully automatic machine - or the Omni-Roast - ideally suited for the filter machine or the hand filter with a fine grind - can be selected. With our two bean coffees, therefore, no coffee wish remains unfulfilled!
