The products of BySusann offer new taste experiences for all those who enjoy enriching their dishes with intense, natural flavors. We are inspired by the colors of the fruits, vegetables and herbs on offer at markets and in our own garden to discover ever new combinations of flavors. Depending on the seasonality, the colorful basic products from near and far are combined to fruity - spicy or fruity - sweet / spicy taste experiences. Even top chefs like Heinz Wehmann from Landhaus Scherrer are thrilled by so much aroma, fruitiness, balanced acidity and pleasant spiciness. Selected, fresh ingredients are gently processed according to recipes developed in-house, and all steps are carried out with the utmost care. Small runs of no more than 100 jars are produced per production process. Only aromatic, ripe fruits pass the high quality standards.
