The lush floral and fruity notes of the summer wine harmonize perfectly with the juicy intense peach and create a hint of sweetness. The bitter note of the wormwood herb, coupled with light citrus and floral aromas round off CHÂVI Vermouth perfectly and give the palate a special taste experience. Pinot Gris from the Palatinate. Initially still on our own in the home apartment in the Lower Rhine, later with a distillery as a partner. With CHÂVI, we dare together a departure into the unknown and want to toast life with you. We want to create encounters and togetherness with people that make life worth living and loving. For us, CHÂVI is a project of the heart.
