There are 266,600 farms in Germany - I am the only one with the combination of superfoods such as poppy seeds, chickpeas, lentils and quinoa in cultivation.

To do this, I develop and test cultivation methods myself. I want our agriculture to be more diverse, bold and sustainable. That's why I and my family are switching to organic farming and producing healthy food with a smaller environmental footprint. To do this, I mainly grow food that can be used as a good substitute for meat.

With 14 crops appearing in cultivation, we create habitats for a wide variety of insects and animals. One of these foods is our lupine coffee - just try it.
