Marder Edelbrände

Marder Edelbrände has an overwhelming range of spirits of about 40 different brandies, liqueurs and specialties such as rum, gin, vodka or a single malt whisky. What they all have in common is that they are of the highest quality and "noble" in the truest sense of the word.

Marder Edelbrände - Distillery Craftsmanship in the 3rd Generation

The distillery was founded as early as 1953 by Otto Marder. Since 2009, Stefan Marder is the owner and master distiller of the family distillery from the southern Black Forest and leads the distillery in the 3rd generation.

The philosophy of Marder Edelbrände has always been to capture the flavors of the ingredients used as purely as possible. To achieve this, Marder pays particular attention to ensuring that all fruit has the perfect degree of ripeness for processing. Some of the fruit even comes to the distillery in organic quality.

The direct processing of the fruit and the short standing times of the mash ensure pure-toned spirits. As a result, you can unmistakably taste the pure aroma of the fruit in every Marder fruit brandy. It is not without reason that the distillery has already received several awards for its spirits.

A wide range of spirits

The range of Marder Edelbrände includes the entire spectrum of traditional fruit brandies of the region. These include Zibarten Brandy as well as Black Forest Kirsch, Bohnapfelbrand or a good hazelnut schnapps. In addition, there are Black Forest gin and whiskey of high quality (after all, 92 out of 100 points by Jim Murray), liqueurs and even a beer brandy made from Rothaus beer.
