A distillate that is addictive! The chopped nuts are roasted to release the nougat aroma, immediately after which they are placed in 96% alcohol, which immediately absorbs the typical aroma. After only a few days, the whole batch is distilled, thus separating the nuts from the alcohol. Adjusted to drinking strength, it is "Nutella for adults". Very typical aroma, highly spiritual form of roasted hazelnuts, intense, full-bodied, creamy, round and balanced. Also for those who don't usually like clear stuff.

We are a family business in 3rd generation located in Albbruck - Unteralpfen a small village in the nature park Southern Black Forest, about 60 km south of Freiburg. Where the fruit allows, pure brandies are produced. Up to 20 kilograms of fruit are used for one bottle of distillate. Our assortment includes about 40 different brandies and some liqueurs made from berries, wild fruits, stone fruits, pome fruits, marc and beer.
