More information about Marder sour cherry brandy
The sour cherries, like the Black Forest cherries, come from the sunny home of Baden, the Markgräflerland, and grow on the western slope of the southern Black Forest. A brandy that is always well received. The sour cherry is the fruitiest representative of its kind and brings a wonderful juicy fresh elegant fruit embedded in a subtle hint of bitter almond. This is because it has just under half the sugar and therefore the almond tone is spread over much less distillate. With its typical fruit tones, it is sweet, expressive and long-lasting on the palate.
