ROTSIEGEL's first product was ROTSIEGEL Grand Prestige Classique - a beer fermented with champagne yeast. This brut beer demonstrates ROTSIEGEL's claim for special brewing specialties and traditional brewing skills. Accordingly, all ROTSIEGEL beers are produced by hand using only selected specialists.

The Grand Prestige Classique was followed in spring 2020 by an American Pale Ale and a Mild Amber Ale.
