Distilled in our home region of the Palatinate, our London Dry Gins "Paul" and "Paulchen" bear our family name. Starting with the handpicked selection of aromatic botanicals to the careful preparation of the macerate and the careful distillation in small batches to the handmade label - every step is carried out by us in the finest handwork and with a lot of heart and soul.
