Hello, we are Jana, Michael and Philipp and we have a mission. Together with you, we want to do things differently - better! We attach great importance to sustainability and transparency. We want to sensitize our environment to look carefully when buying goods and also to question things sometimes. We produce our cider exclusively from old apple varieties. The apples do not come from the plantation, but from the meadow orchard. These special varieties, an artisanal processing and a very special yeast selection make our ciders so delicious. To preserve the flavor as best as possible, our bottles are not pasteurized, Cheers!
