Pinus Gin

You have probably read this story more than once: We are five friends, we have participated in a gin tasting and meanwhile we got the desire to create our own gin. So far so good.

What perhaps distinguishes us from the classic gin startup from this point on? Gabriel, our master distiller & co-founder has studied "making gin" and his family has been distilling for generations, so he knows exactly what he's doing. With Claudio we have a marketing professional in the team and a full-time accountant, Juergen, is also on board - so we do not go bad in terms of advertising and economically. Flo & Julius round off the team as gifted engineers with the necessary attention to detail in product development. Each brings his individual strengths and compensates for the weaknesses of the other. And what connects us? A close friendship and, above all, the fact that we have been making music together since childhood - here the story becomes classic again: we are simply a well-coordinated team :)

And what else is there to say? In any case, our project is a lot of fun, we four "non-student beverage technologists" dive deep into the philosophy of gin production and have made it our mission to focus on our wonderful & unique local forests and thus create a positive impact for our beloved home with our gin! By the way, we collect the needles for our PINUS ourselves & by hand from fallen pine branches.
