The SPY

It is the special passion for gin combined with the rough tenderness of the Swabian Alb, which has created our SPY Gin in collaboration with our Master Distiller. This gin is a tribute to the probably smartest citizen of the city: Already anno dazumal he put the emperor by his shrewd and witty way in astonishment and thus saved the residents of the city from his force of arms. We are talking about the "Aalen Spy", we call him "The SPY". A classic London Dry Gin, macerated from carefully selected and hand-picked botanicals, distilled in small batches.

Tasting Note

In nosing, our SPY captivates with its finely tuned juniper nuance, accompanied by a delicate floral citrus note. On the palate, it is a harmonious, mild composition with a subtle, pleasant spiciness on the finish.
