Hambuca

Hambuca. The anise liqueur from Hamburg. The name is composed of the spirit "Sambuca" and the hometown of Hambuca "Hamburg".

As the most important ingredient, star anise is the defining flavor note. Essential oils make Hambuca so full-bodied and flavorful. Hambuca is refined with natural maple syrup. This gives it its special, caramel and mild taste, as well as its unmistakable color, reminiscent of amber.
