ABOUT ROOT TO FRUIT
At Root to Fruit, we combine carefully selected natural ingredients with the highest standards of beverage quality. We use a wide variety of plant-based ingredients, from fruit and vegetables to herbs and spices, and from root to fruit. Behind Root to Fruit is the multiple award-winning beverage expert Stephan Hinz. He is the owner of the renowned bar Little Link and author of several reference books on the topics of beverages and gastronomy. Hinz has shared his knowledge in more than 20 countries on four continents. Most recently, he was awarded the title "Most Innovative Bartender of the Year".
